Marketing Triage
Right-Sized Support
A no-pressure conversation to talk through what feels off, what you’ve already tried, and whether Three Stones is the right next step. No fee.
A focused diagnostic to identify the business question beneath the marketing question before you invest more time, money or energy in the wrong next move.
Based on what the Triage reveals, the next step may be focused support around a specific priority, a deeper strategic retreat or ongoing advisory support aligned with what your practice actually needs.
Marketing Triage
A focused marketing and business diagnostic to pinpoint what’s actually getting in the way before you invest more time, money or energy in tactics that may not solve the real problem. Includes a pre-work review, a 90-minute diagnostic conversation, and a Marketing Triage Brief with key findings, top priorities and a recommended path forward.
Investment: $750
Best for:
-
Independent healthcare practice owners who feel stuck but are not yet sure why
-
Practice owners with unclear positioning or messaging, too many moving parts or competing priorities
-
Practice owners who want an experienced outside perspective before spending more on marketing tactics
-
Situations where something feels off, but it is not yet clear whether the issue is marketing, patient experience, offers or the underlying business model
What’s included:
-
Pre-work review of your positioning, messaging, offers, ideal patients and current marketing activity
-
A 90-minute diagnostic conversation focused on what is actually getting in the way
-
A Marketing Triage Brief with key findings, top priorities and a recommended path forward
Direction & Decision Retreat
A Direction & Decision Retreat is one possible next step after Marketing Triage. It is not the automatic next step. It is designed for independent healthcare practice owners facing a broader decision point and needing a supportive space to brainstorm and strategize in real time. This is where we clarify what matters most and make focused decisions about the future of the practice.
This deeper strategic work may include positioning, offers, messaging, business priorities and the next season of growth. It is best suited to practice owners who need more than focused support around a single priority and are ready to make grounded decisions about where the practice is going and what deserves attention next.
Investment: $3,000 for a virtual half-day retreat.
In-person retreats are available by arrangement, with pricing based on location, travel and venue needs.
Possible areas of focus:
-
Clarifying what you want the practice to be known for
-
Sharpening your positioning and messaging
-
Deciding which offer, patient group, or service line to prioritize
-
Aligning your growth goals with your capacity and business priorities
-
Mapping the smartest next steps for the next 30 to 90 days
-
Identifying what to stop, simplify, or postpone
What’s included:
-
Pre-work review of your positioning, messaging, offers, patient experience and current growth priorities
-
A private, virtual half-day strategic working session
-
Focused guidance and decision support around your business and marketing priorities
-
Working drafts of positioning language and key messages, as appropriate
-
A Direction Brief summarizing key decisions, priorities and recommended next steps
-
One follow-up check-in to revisit decisions and address questions
Strategy, Not Execution
Not every client needs to hire outside help right away. In many cases, the most valuable next step is getting clear on what to prioritize, what to pause, and where to focus your time, energy, and budget first.
Three Stones is intentionally a strategy-led advisory practice, not a full-service agency. I lead the clarity, direction, messaging, and decision-making work personally.
When implementation support makes sense, I can help clarify what is needed and point you toward trusted specialists in areas such as design, web development, social media, podcasting and other specialized technical work.
