A half-day strategic retreat for independent healthcare practice owners who need to step out of the noise, clarify what matters most, and make focused decisions about positioning, offers, messaging, and the next season of growth.

This is deeper work for founders who are ready to make grounded decisions about where the practice is going and what deserves attention next. Investment: $2,500.

This is for you if your practice is at a meaningful decision point and you need more than random advice, scattered tactics, or another brainstorming call. You need protected space to think clearly, talk honestly, and decide what to prioritize next.

What we focus on:

  • Clarifying what you want the practice to be known for

  • Refining your positioning

  • Deciding which offer, audience, or service line to lead with

  • Strengthening your messaging

  • Mapping the smartest next steps for the next 30 to 90 days

  • Identifying what to stop, simplify, or postpone

  • A half-day private strategic working session

  • Working drafts of positioning language and key messages, as appropriate

  • A concise Direction Brief summarizing key decisions, priorities, and recommended next steps

  • One follow-up check-in after the retreat
